Dates: Monday 6th October 2025 – Friday 10th October 2025 Our Year 6 children benefit from a 2-night residential in their final year at the school. The children get the opportunity to partake in a range of outdoor and adventurous activities as well as a variety of team building activities. These activities are all designed to develop children’s resilience, team building skills and confidence, as well as covering the objectives for outdoor education in the National Curriculum. The cost of the trip includes indoor sleeping accommodation, food, activities, transport and insurance. The centre is run by qualified instructors, who specialise in activity holidays for young people – please click on the logo above to be taken to their website. Accommodation: We have two lodges for the trip: one for the boys and one for the girls. The children will sleep in single-sex dormitories and have showers, sinks and toilets in their lodge. The children will receive three meals a day and dietary requirements will be catered for. If your child has any severe allergies or specific requirements, then please let me know nearer the time so that we can alert Blackland Farm of his or her needs. Payment must be made via Arbor. If you need any assistance using the online system, please come to the school office where they will be pleased to assist you. Deposit £60 by 29th November 2024 You can, of course, make smaller and more regular contributions, as long as the deadlines are met.Year 6 Blackland Farm Residential - September 2025
