We recognise and value the home languages and backgrounds of the pupils who are learning English as an additional language. 30% of our children speak at least two languages and we believe passionately that children should be proud of the languages that they speak. Our children speak over 40 different languages and our teaching staff work closely together in ensuring that bilingual pupils achieve well both socially and academically. We currently have pupils and / or staff that speak: If you are just joining the school and would like more information, please look at the welcome booklets which we have produced to support families with little English:EAL - English as an Additional Language
