The Gossops Green Primary Cygnet Crew After School Club is run by Gossops Green Primary School and exists to provide high quality out-of-school hours childcare for our parents/carers. There are a range of activities available throughout the session and children will be encouraged to be independent as well as to participate in activities with each other, developing social and interactive skills. Staff also read each night with those children that attend. The children have a range of hot and cold dinners at 4:45pm every day. The club operates from 3.05pm – 6.00pm daily, term time only (excluding INSET days). 

The Cygnet Crew Club is led by Mrs Wilson, supported by Mrs O’Sullivan and Mrs Staples.

Times and Prices

3.05pm – 6.00pm 

£12, including a hot meal at approximately 4:45pm. Late collections fees apply (see policy).

Bookings and Contacts

Please note that: 

• Bookings need to be made and paid for by 11:59pm of the previous Thursday via Arbor.
• Arbor will accept bookings up until 48 hours before the club, but children booked after Thursday are not guaranteed a meal and may not be able to participate in special crafts and activities. 
• Children CANNOT attend without prior booking or full payment being received in advance. 
• We also accept childcare vouchers; please email childcare@gossopsgreen.org.uk for further information if you wish to use childcare vouchers.  
• A registration form will need to be completed prior to a child starting for the first time.

Cygnet Crew have a phone that will be turned on between 4:00pm and 6:00pm each school day for parents (of children in attendance) to call if they have an urgent message for staff.
