Gossops Green Primary School runs a popular Breakfast Club every school day during term time (excluding INSETs), which provides high quality childcare for parents /carers of Gossops Green pupils. Run by school staff, pupils from EYFS – Year 6 at Gossops Green Primary School are eligible to attend for just £5 a day, including breakfast. 

The Breakfast Club is led by Mrs Wilson, supported by Miss Vandendyke, Mrs Somnez and Mrs Freeman.

Times and Prices

7:45am – 8:30am 

£5, including breakfast – children must arrive before 8:10am to get breakfast

Free for pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium funding

Bookings

• All places are subject to availability; these spaces are booked on a first come, first served basis and the club is often full.
• Pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium funding must also have a space booked via Arbor – the system will know that they have a free space.
• Places must be booked by 11:59pm on the Thursday of the previous week as food is ordered on the Friday for the week ahead.
• Unfortunately, the Arbor system does allow online bookings until 48 hours before the club session. However, any booking on Arbor after the 11:59pm Thursday cut off for the following week cannot be honoured and you may still be charged for the session.
• Children CANNOT attend without prior booking or, for paying pupils, full payment being received in advance, unless you are paying via childcare vouchers

Communications

• All communications regarding Breakfast Club must be made via the dedicated [email protected] email address. These emails are checked and responded to daily between 3:10pm and 4pm by members of the wraparound care team. This includes:
  • Requests to access the Breakfast Club booking system
  • Notifications to cancel a pre-booked session (notifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the club)
  • Finance queries relating to Breakfast Club – these will be answered by our Finance Manager, who may respond outside of the times above
  • Information or queries relating to your child’s place at Breakfast Club
• For urgent messages during the club session, Mrs Freeman can be contacted by phoning the school office
